Thank you for shopping at Makers of Things! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns of used or damaged items.
1.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at we.are.makers.of.things@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
1.3 Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. Refunds
2.1 Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 Refund Timeframe: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.
3. Exceptions
3.1 Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized items or items marked as final sale.
3.2 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
